The statutory administrative bodies of Auvibel are the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Colleges.
General Assembly
The General Assembly is the highest governing body of Auvibel, and includes all of its members.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is Auvibel's managerial body.
Below you will find the members of the Board of Directors.
They were appointed by the General Assembly of 19 June 2007 for a period of two years.
Colleges
Auvibel is based on a structure that serves its eight members, management companies that represent the three categories of claimants for each category of works (sound and audiovisual), as provided by the law: authors/composers, producers and performing artists.
Auvibel is composed of six colleges that represent the authors/composers, producers and performing artists of phonograms and audiovisual works.
