Corporate Organs
The statutory corporate organs of Auvibel are the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Colleges.
General Assembly
The General Assembly is the highest governing body of Auvibel, which also includes all member-management companies of Auvibel. The members of the General Assembly are:
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the collegial administrative body of the company.
Directors are appointed by the General Assembly. Each associate has one seat on the Board of Directors.

Colleges
For each category of works (sound works, audiovisual works, literary works and works of graphic or plastic art), Auvibel represents the different groups of rights holders – authors, producers, performers and publishers – through its member management companies.
Auvibel is made up of eight colleges (representing respectively authors, producers and performing artists of phonograms and audiovisual works and authors and publishers of literary works and works of graphic or plastic art).
