Corporate Organs
The statutory corporate organs of Auvibel are the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Colleges.
General Assembly
The General Assembly is the highest governing body of Auvibel, which also includes all member-management companies of Auvibel. The members of the General Assembly are:
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is Auvibel’s managerial body.
The appointment of directors is within the competence of the Ordinary General Assembly and each member has a seat on the Board of Directors.
The Ordinary General Assembly of 19 June 2014 appointed the following directors:
Colleges
Auvibel represents, for each category of works (sound works, audiovisual works, works of literature and works of visual or graphic art), the four groups of rights holders – authors, producers, performers and publishers – through its member-management companies.
Auvibel is thus composed of eight Boards (representing authors, producers and performers of phonograms and audiovisual works and authors and publishers of works of literature and works of visual or graphic art).
